Yes, there is a minimum spend required for me to take on your order. Please enquire for more details.
What are your payment options?
Floralovely Calligraphy accepts bank transfer or PayPal payments. Usually payment is due before your order begins production.
Do you offer refunds or exchange?
Refunds or exchanges are not available. Each piece of calligraphy is written by hand and no two items will ever be exactly the same. The details of each calligraphy job (i.e. calligraphy style and sizing) is confirmed in writing prior to work commencing. Samples are also offered to ensure layout and colour is correct before the order begins full production.
What is your turn around time? How far in advance should I book?
The earlier a job is booked in, the better. Floralovely Calligraphy takes a limited amount of bookings per month so to avoid disappointment please get in touch as early as possible. Turn around time varies from job to job but to avoid a priority charge there needs to be at least 3 weeks between order confirmation and delivery date.
Are rush orders available?
Rush orders are sometimes available upon request. There is a priority charge for orders required in a short time frame which is 50% of the total order. Please note that rush orders are not actually “rushed” they are prioritised in the queue of jobs for the month.
Can you supply envelopes, place cards or other paper goods?
Yes Floralovely Calligraphy can supply paper goods. Please enquire as to options and pricing.
Do I need to provide extra envelopes or paper goods?
If you are providing the envelopes, place cards or other paper goods you will need to supply approx 15-20% extra to account for any errors or ink spots.
